We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your spa appointment. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your scheduled services. Late Cancellation or No-Show: If you fail to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for a cancellation or rescheduling, or if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment (no-show), a cancellation fee will be applied. The cancellation fee will be equivalent to 50% of the total cost of the scheduled services.
